Our Rosé is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grown from our South Mountain Vineyard in Burkittsville, Maryland. Each variety is picked earlier than they would be for red wine in order to emphasize freshness and natural acidity. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature yields a delicate pale pink wine that retains aromas of fresh cherries and rose petals. The Rosé has a subtle complexity and a crisp finish that make it a wonderfully versatile companion to a variety of foods.
Our delivery service is the most convenient way to get alcohol in the Baltimore area and the Harford Road strip. Wine, Spirits, Beer, Mixers, and Tobacco products are all available for delivery (1-2 hours).
