Refund policy

No Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only allowed for unopened products, if the store messes on their end.

Order Cancellation:

  • To cancel an order before it's out for delivery, call (410) 426-0914 immediately.

Incorrect Orders:

  • If we make a mistake, we'll exchange your order at no cost.

Rescheduling Delivery:

  • If you need to reschedule after a failed delivery, a $10 fee will apply.

Product Exchanges:

  • If you want to exchange products (not due to our error), a $20 fee applies for a driver to visit your home.
  • Alternatively, you can visit our store for the exchange without any additional fee.

Additional Notes:

  • Ensure the product is unopened for exchanges.
  • Contact us promptly for cancellations or issues.
