When making the Beringer Pinot Grigio, Beringer’s winemaking team focused on the refreshing crisp minerality and fruity peach undertones for which the varietal is known. Following harvest, the grapes were gently crushed and immediately pressed to minimize skin contact. A cool-fermentation followed in stainless steel to retain the Pinot Grigio’s bright, fruit forward character.

Very nice, very small liquor store. Everything is done through a small revolving door behind bullet proof glass, but the guys there are very cool. Customers had to shout through the glass. DMX was blasting in the store.

Excellent customer service! If something isn't right they will correct it. Be patient and speak to people with respect. I've been ordering from them since the pandemic. The app can be better so hopefully they are working on it. Friendly and courteous service.
