Boordy Dry Maryland Rose

Our Rosé is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grown from our South Mountain Vineyard in Burkittsville, Maryland. Each variety is picked earlier than they would be for red wine in order to emphasize freshness and natural acidity. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature yields a delicate pale pink wine that retains aromas of fresh cherries and rose petals. The Rosé has a subtle complexity and a crisp finish that make it a wonderfully versatile companion to a variety of foods.
